Hydrogen, e-fuels and sustainable aviation fuels are emerging as pivotal decarbonisation solutions in the transport sector with the potential to achieve zero emissions in heavy vehicles transport, aviation, and shipping. Strategic investments are crucial for acceleration.

The upcoming ERC event on 14 November will offer a joint session of the Hydrogen Focus Group and Financing the Energy Transition Focus Group put together and led by Michiel Engelaar, Director Project Finance, Deloitte; Samira Farahani, Program Manager for System & Infrastructure, NLHydrogen; Jan Prins, Business & Project Development, Siemens Energy.

With advancements in hydrogen infrastructure and hydrogen production, strategic investment and financing are crucial to accelerate adoption of hydrogen and drive the transition towards a cleaner, more sustainable transportation sector.
