Again, the Energy Reinvented Community was forced to organize its events online in 2021. Although we have meanwhile become accustomed to this way of interacting, it does not beat the energy of live events. 

The overall annual theme we chose for last year was ‘Beyond Borders’, which proved to be spot on when we are discussing the Energy Transition. In order to successfully achieve the global climate targets, we need to go beyond traditional borders, whether they are geographical, technological or otherwise
In last year’s  April-event we put energy legislation center stage, in June the Port of Den Helder hosted a session on bringing offshore ashore and in October we focused on international cooperation.

Through our Energy Reinvented Community we foster cross sector cooperation. E.g. by stimulating integrated thinking and sharing best practices. We do so both  at our events and in our online environment. 

Although a lot is already happening and new connections have been made, in our opinion an even stronger focus on actions is needed. 
Therefore, during 2022 our theme of the year will be ‘CONNECT TO ACT’.


We will be organizing three events:

• 12 APRIL: DE-OR RECARBONISATION OF THE INDUSTRY? 
• 16 JUNE: INFRASTRUCTURE OPTIMALISATION                                 
• 10 NOVEMBER: EMPOWERING INDUSTRY
